I don't think they do.
Highly suggested. As stated they do get busy on the weekend.
Customer service was great, steak was done just as asked for, vegetables were very fresh.
Great food, service and prices! Nice selection of local/regional beers, too.
The best place to have a private party. The space is fantastic. The staff is phenomenal. We got to bring in our own food and play our own music. This is my favorite neighborhood bar.
We just went for drinks and an appetizer. Great service and drinks. We got the bacon wrapped jalapenos, they were good with the jalapeno dipping sauce. A bit overpriced at $9 tho. The margaritas were spot on and made to order, not the pre-made stuff you get at other places. We went with the cadillac and also the original margaritas. 3 margaritas, 1 beer and the appetizer was $50. We will be back for dinner!
Great food, no wait time, like Chili's sometimes, and good service.
Great food and service! Great prices on great tasting Angus Beef burgers, grilled to order.
Food was wonderful, service was a tiny bit too slow.
Great taste. Good steakhouse staples. Fresh ingredients and friendly service.
Friday night prime rib dinner, very good 👍 Crowded with happy people.
Delicious food and dessert and the staff are amazing!! Make sure you try some cheesecake 😀
I meet friends in this great restaurant a lot! This is my favorite place to pass a nice evening. I visit this place frequently. The food is excellent, the staff is welcoming and the prices are affordable. I enjoy being in this spot over a good supper.
The service was very prompt and friendly. The dining area was spacious with both booths and tables. The menu had an excellent selection of steaks as well as some nice seafood options, salads, appetizers, and senior specials. The striped sea bass was delicous. The generously portioned filet was nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. My entree came with 2 sides, and I choose the french string beans and sauteed mushrooms, which were also excellent. The decent draft selection includes beers from Newcastle Brown Ale to the local Mojave Red. The Mojave Red had a nice reddish brown color and a delightfully crisp taste.
Great food. Best steaks I've had in Ridgecrest. Also, try the Salmon and the Molcajete. Yummy food!
Burgers tasted ok but were so sloppy and piled with stuff the bun got soaked and it fell completely apart and made a mess on my plate. Hate to use a knife and fork and pick through it. Fries are rubber band like and just as chewy. Next time give me a catcher's mit and just throw the burger fixings and sauce in it.....this is second bad experience don't think I'll go back.
I love that this bar is in my neighborhood and I can get a pretty well- crafted cocktail for $7... Can't really beat that for value! Five stars because a nice bartender gave me a free cava before closing. That love is real man
Service was on point, simple menu with reasonable prices and the food was pretty delicious Definitely one of the best places to eat in Ridgecrest Cali
My stomach hurts. I couldn't stop eating. Molcajete was too delicious.
The porter house steak it's awesome. So is the coffee and the chocolate cake is crazy good
The food and service is great! I love taking out of town guest to Ale’s
We got the 3 meat mocajete with the tritip, chicken and shrimp. It was amazing actually. The green sauce really added a kick to the entire food. I would reccomend to share among 2 people or one person with a big appetite. Great food and great service
Super Food. Great menu. Nice service. Close to Motel we stay at
This is my first time to have hot salsa with steak, shrimp and chicken in a hot stone pot. Very special dish. Tasty. Price is also very good
good service and great food
The shoestring fries were like little rubber bands of sadness. My kid couldnt even eat her sandwich because the whole thing fell apart in her hands because it was so soggy... used to love this place, but it has gone downhill quicker than Clark Griswold on a lightly greased tin sled on a hillside...
The fajitas were delicious! The service was friendly and very attentive. Enjoyable experience all around.
Overall good food and not too pricy. Service was a bit slow even though the place was almost empty. Sauteed mushrooms were really good. We also liked the fries and potatoes. Bacon wrapped steak and lemon herb chicken tasted good. Chicken was pretty dry though.
Normally above my price point, but they've been running daily specials for delivery and takeout since the lockdown started...Wednesday night, it was all sandwiches with a side for $12...still a little expensive, but I got a perfect 1/2 pound Angus patty melt with properly grilled onions. It could have used a few more steak fries and some condiments, but I didn't really care-it was the best burger I've had since moving here 5 years ago.
Waitress was told about the moldy bread that was served and she could have cared less. No adjustment, no concern, no thank you. Just pay your bill and give me a tip and get out.
Food is excellentStaff is friendly and professionalHighly recommend
Great food.. great friends.. amazing time
It was nice and quaint. I had the porter house and it was good. I also got bacon wrapped jalapenos and they were fantastic. My brother got the ribs and said they were good also. The side of mushrooms was great, bigger than I expected. Altogether a fairly typical steak house the food was good the staff was friendly and the waitress was attentive.
One of my preferred spots to grab some food. convenient location, well kept, and good service. A must try!
Christina is the best bartender! Go see her on Thursday nights.
Dinner, the steak and skewer plate, and the appetizer of potato skins came out at the same time. That's not how this is supposed to work. I attempted to request they bring my dinner back after a delay but the waitress merely shrugged and walked away. Dinner was visually appealing. I was excited to eat it after finishing my appetizer. Naturally it was now cold and no longer sizzling. The steak was so incredibly tough I only managed to eat about five bites. The rest ended up back in the table where they came from. The shrimp was ok. The green beans were good. I'm eating this place a single star which they only get out of pity. My jaw is still sore from attempting the steak. The wait staff has left me mad. The bill is expensive. Steaks are more than $20 but are tender like grade D horse. I have no idea how this place is rated so well. I can only assume no one has eaten anywhere else in their lives.
Food wasn't good, and the prices way to high for the quality of food.
Best in town. Drinks are a little pricey
We ate here for lunch and the burgers and sandwiches are really good. The side salads come with lot more than you usually get for a side salad. My sister got the grilled barbecue chicken though and it seemed really small and it was smothered in barbecue sauce. She liked it though and she'll probably just get something different next time. It's not a bad place to eat and we'll definitely be back!
The worst lunch I have ever had. I had the chicken with shrimp. I will never go back again
very good foods !
Food was good but service is slow.
We were personally attacked by the owner when my husband sent back a steak that was cold and not cooked. It was cold in the middle and blue rare not medium ax he ordered. The owner came out and told us we were mistaken that the steak was cooked fine. She was very rude and insisted that we didn’t know steak. We will never eat there again and sadly we have enjoyed it in the past. Her behavior was inexcusable. Also the veggies were cold and in small portions. Shame on you Ales. There are plenty of other places to eat.
Steak was cooked just the way I like it. Plenty of food for the money. Do not think the price is over the top. I think it is spot on for a small town.
They offer a variety of meals from steaks and burgers and everything in between I had a burger and it was pretty good.
One of the best places to eat while you are in Ridgecrest, california. Fantastic ambience and amazing steaks at Ale's, I'm going back next time I'm there :)
I enjoy eating here. Food and service is pretty consistent
Great burger but I sense all other food equally great. Excellent service and reasonable price. First time here, only wish we weren't just passing through so we could go again. Highly recommended.
It's expensive for the food that is served. My steak was cooked perfectly but the actual steak was very chewy. Service was great!
The food selection here is decent . They use to have a menu item called Turbo shrimp that consisted of breaded shrimp, now they only have the grilled shrimp which is not great. The garlic sauce is made with an oil as opposed to butter. The bar service was fast. This location is good for groups up to 16 for sitting together. Otherwise they group will be split.
It was ok but not great. Service was on the slow side but with Covid can't blame them too much.
The food is way better than service
